ART AT HIGH NOON! WORKSHOPS FOR SENIORS

We invite you to a workshop on painting with dry pastels. They will be led by an ornithologist and nature illustrator from Bydgoszcz. Every day, we can see Dawid’s illustrations in Bydgoszcz’s city parks and in many popular science publications. Some may also have the book “Ptaki Kilona” (Kilon’s Birds) on their bookshelf, in which the author has collected nearly 4,000 illustrations of birds found in Poland. This time, we will create images that seem out of this world, and the protagonists of the pastels will be birds painted on black sheets of paper.
Art in the High Noon is a series of meetings devoted to art and culture in a broad sense, addressed to people aged 60+. The meetings offer discussions on contemporary art, and creative activities that develop cognitive processes, improving manual dexterity by learning different art techniques and forms of art.
