During the performance, participants are invited to taste tea, work with mindfulness and co-create and visit the exhibition “Everything is a story of a certain love”.
The event consists of 5 parts:
1. shinrin-yoku (Japanese 森林浴; forest bathing) – a mindful walk in Kazimierz Wielki Park behind the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz.
2. Simultaneous brewing of white tea by the three presenters.
3. Preparation of matcha tea.
4. A creative part, encouraging reflection and expression of emotions and thoughts related to performance.
5. Exhibition tour.
The creators of the performance are:
Ivan Sitsko – feng shui consultant and author of the project zielonaiczarna.pl
Kinga Kowalczyk – ceramicist, designer, photographer, TeaRoomCeremonials
Agata Ożarowska – founder of onecupoftea.pl
The performance will last approximately 3-4 hours – starting at 13:00, finishing around 17:00.
It is worth having lunch before the event.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
