ZbyZiel (1961) He’s an artist for more than twenty years. Autodidact. Expresses himself in painting, graphics, photography, video, text and music (composition). Individual and group presentations in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic and Greece. Founder of the Szkoła Bydgoska group, together with Krzysztof Gruse and Stanisław Stasiulewicz. ZbyZiel’s creative interests evolve around formal composition and solutions based on prosaic motifs. Examples of titles are „Czczy formalizm” (Empty Formalism), „Kartki do zniszczenia” (Pieces of paper for destruction), „Piękno” (Beauty), „Jestem za” (I’m for). “Minimalarstwo” (Minipainting).
For years, he’s been trying to live off visual design, graphics and films.
