The international project „Art in the City” is a kind of art in the public space. Its goals are both artistic and social. It is based on the cooperation of the artists from the Baltic Sea region and from other European countries, who will have a chance to get to know Polish culture, as well as one of the important Polish cities. Municipal gallery bwa, as a part of the „Art in the City” project, invited artists from Poland and abroad to Bydgoszcz. Authors from Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Poznań and Bydgoszcz present their works, prepared especially for this occasion, in the space of the city.
