Each photography constitutes some fragment of reality, in which a fixed trace of light is extremely important. The exhibition comprises several independent projects. Their common characteristic can be certain discontinuity in perspective imaging.
Light as a information carrier is, admittedly, encoded on the material as a perspective, brightness, colour; but the borders between particular structures fade away. These photographs, to some extent, belong to the area of noise in the communication sphere. The amount of light building up the picture on the photo-sensitive film is usually a segment of time so long that, to some degree, the time itself becomes the subject of the photograph. It doesn’t build up pictures, doesn’t try to recreate the reality through application of photographic procedures, it reconstructs the space of photography.
