Subject: Intuitive Dance – The Art of Physical Expression

We invite you to take part in workshops that treat the human body as the most perfect, living artistic medium.
Intuitive dance is a fully-fledged art form in which, instead of a paintbrush or clay, our own movement becomes the medium of expression.
During the session, we will demonstrate that every gesture can be a unique work of art, provided it stems from genuine emotions and an inner need to create.
It is a space free from judgement and imposed conventions, where a lack of technical preparation becomes an asset, allowing for pure, sincere expression.
We will focus on observing our own bodies closely, discovering just how deeply creative impulses are embedded in our muscles and movements. Through free-form movement, we will explore our own limits and learn to interpret the language of emotions, which is common to all art forms.
Practising together is an opportunity to feel like both the creator and the creation at the same time, whilst discovering a new perspective on oneself. We are not looking for perfect steps, but for the authenticity that gives every movement its artistic value.
Join us and discover for yourself that dance is the most personal form of artistic dialogue with the world.
Art in the High Noon
A series of meetings devoted to art and culture in a broad sense, addressed to people aged 60+. The meetings offer discussions on contemporary art, and creative activities that develop cognitive processes, improving manual dexterity by learning different art techniques and forms of art.
Joanna Cysdorf – an educator specialising in education and career guidance, a certified hypnotherapist and a breathing coach. In her practice, she combines her knowledge of personal development with bodywork techniques, focusing on building emotional awareness through movement and breathing. She is passionate about intuitive dance, which she uses as a tool for releasing tension and discovering authentic expression.
