On Monday, May 18th, to mark International Museum Day, a ceremony was held to present the Mayor of Bydgoszcz’s awards, which are given in recognition of the achievements of museum and gallery staff in Bydgoszcz. This is a token of appreciation for their daily work, dedication and contribution to the development of artistic life, and for creating a space that is open to art and dialogue with the public.
The awards were presented on behalf of the Mayor of Bydgoszcz by the Deputy Mayor, Iwona Waszkiewicz.
We are proud to announce that Danuta Pałys – curator of the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz – has been named among the distinguished winners of this year’s awards.
