A lecture of the Bydgoszcz Academy of Art.
The lecture will focus on the painting has been created by women. On the basis of the illustrated and briefly discussed art of over fifty Polish paintresses active in the 20th and 21st centuries, we will discuss the extent to which gender has influenced the subject matter and form of their works, who has had the greatest impact on their work, and what values they have contributed to the history of Polish art.
