Dr Krystyna Łuczak-Surówka – historian and critic of design. Graduate of the Institute of Art History at the Jagiellonian University, where she was the first to defend an MA thesis, and then a PhD thesis on the history of Polish design.
Lecturer at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Author of numerous publications on the history and theory of design. Curator of exhibitions and juror in 3D design competitions. A collector of Polish design. Independent consultant of image and implementation projects and strategies for companies and institutions. She runs her company DESIGN BY PL. #panioddesignu
