From April 17th till May 18th the Municipal Gallery presented the art of Yannis Kopsinis from Patras. The exhibition, or rather a presentation of Yannis’ art is a part of the Days of Culture of Patras in Bydgoszcz.
Kopsinis is amongst the most interesting artists active in Patras. For many years, hę resided in Italy. Participated in many international exhibitions. His art is not limited only to traditional forms of artistic expression. Hę feels painting perfectly, but also, with great artistic energy, creates installations and performances. Very often, hę uses the possibilities offered by the new media. Hę is an action artist aware of the meaning of artistic events.
