17th Macro-regional Review of Distinguished Diploma Works of Art School Students “DYPLOM 2025”
The exhibition will present the best graduation works of secondary art school students from the North West macro-region, from cities such as: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Grudziądz, Gryfice, Kalisz, Koszalin, Kościelec, Poznań, Rypin, Słupsk, Szczecin, Włocławek, and Bydgoszcz.
The Biennial is another edition of this important event in art education in Poland, which is an interesting confrontation of art schools from the region and the whole country. The interdisciplinary exhibition enables the work of young artists to be presented. It demonstrates the diversity of subject matter and artistic execution undertaken – from traditional graphic and photographic techniques, through spatial forms, to the latest digital technologies, including film and animation.
In addition to works in design, realisations in painting, sculpture and drawing will also be presented.
The organisers of the Exhibition of Awarded Diploma Works are: Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Centre for Art Education in Warsaw, Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz and the Leon Wyczółkowski Visual Arts School Complex in Bydgoszcz.
The exhibition will open on October 7th, 2025, 12:00. A second, grand opening – as part of the school’s 80th anniversary celebration events – is scheduled for October 24th, 2025,13:00.
On that day, many other events will take place as part of the schedule of celebrations, such as the unveiling of a mural and sculptures near the Bydgoszcz school, as well as an exhibition of works by the school’s teachers in its spaces.
